How the AI brain is used.

Your company's teammates are powered by an AI brain, provided and managed for your company by Crudoimage. This page explains how it is used and the safeguards around it.

What it does

The AI brain reads your request, uses your company's records and memory as needed, and replies or does the work you ask for. It acts only with your own permissions.

Safeguards

• Independent check: answers that carry money and become a document or go to someone are reviewed by a separate check before you rely on them. You can ask for one on any answer by typing /check.
• Outside content is data, not instructions: web pages and messages the AI reads cannot make it message someone you did not name.
• Your word decides: important steps are shown to you first, and the AI does not make final decisions for your company.
• Memory is transparent: everything your company's AI remembers can be read, updated and exported in Settings → Memory.

Limits

AI can be wrong. Check figures, documents and anything sent to customers before relying on them.

Which AI

The AI brain is selected, configured and kept up to date by Crudoimage and may change over time to keep quality high. Your company's data is used only to do your company's work.
