Delete your account and data.

You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time. No reason is needed.

How to ask

1. Write to [email protected] from your work email. Put "Delete my data" in the subject. Say your name and your company.
2. Or ask your company's administrator.
3. We check that it is really you, and then we do it. We tell you when it is done.

How long it takes

We delete within 30 days of your request. Backups are kept for 35 days more and are then removed.

What is deleted

• Your account details and your sign-in.
• Your personal notebook (it is encrypted and only you could read it).
• Your device tokens for phone alerts.
• Your voice notes, photos and files you gave the app.

What stays, and why

• Records your company keeps in its own Business Manager belong to the company. They stay when one person leaves.
• Company chats and company memory belong to the company. The company can ask to delete them too.
• GST invoices, receipts and credit notes are kept for 8 years because tax law needs them.

When a whole company leaves

If a company stops using the app, we keep its data for 90 days so it can come back or take its export. After that we delete it. The company can ask us to delete sooner, and we do it within 30 days.
