The Crudo.si app

These terms govern your use of the Crudo.si app ("the app"), provided by Crudoimage Photographic Technologies Private Limited, Plot No. 1, Netajee Road, Bylane, New Town, Cooch Behar, Koch Bihar, West Bengal, India, 736101 ("we").

Who may use it

The app is provided to businesses ("your company"). You use it as a member of your company, with the access your company's administrator gives you. Your company is responsible for who it lets in.

What the app does

The app gives your company AI teammates that work with your Crudoimage business records: they read and, when you ask, create and update records, prepare documents and send messages you request. They act with your own permissions in Crudoimage; they cannot do anything your account cannot.

Your responsibilities

• Check important work before you rely on it — especially figures, documents and anything sent to customers. The app marks answers it has independently checked, and says when it could not.
• Do not use the app for anything unlawful, or to send messages people have not agreed to receive.
• Keep your sign-in private.

What you may do with the app

We give your company a right to use the app for its own business, for as long as the plan runs. The right is not exclusive and cannot be passed on or sold. Please also follow the fair use rules.

What belongs to whom

The app, its design, its name and its code belong to us and to the people who license them to us. Using the app does not make them yours. What your company puts in (its records, messages, files and memory) stays your company's. We use it only to run the app for you, as set out in the privacy notice.

Your data

Your company's data stays your company's. How we handle it is set out in the privacy notice and the data processing terms. Company memory and skills are never deleted by the app; your company can export them at any time.

AI answers

The AI teammates can make mistakes. Their answers are help, not advice from a lawyer, a tax adviser, a doctor or any other professional. Read How the AI brain is used.

Plans and payments

Prices, tax, invoices, cancelling and refunds are on the page Plans, payments and refunds.

Other services

The app works with your company's Business Manager and with services like WhatsApp and the payment partners. They have their own rules and prices. We are not responsible for them.

Availability

We work to keep the app available, but we give no promise that it will always be available. We back it up nightly. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control.

Liability

Our total liability to a company for any claim about the app is limited to the amount that company paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or for results the company relied on without checking them. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Cooch Behar, West Bengal have jurisdiction. A company may stop using the app and cancel its plan on any day; money already used is not returned, and unused AI money is returned only as set out on the billing page.

Pausing or ending an account

A company may stop using the app on any day. We may pause or close an account if the terms are broken, if the plan is not paid, or if the law needs us to. We tell the administrator first when we can and say why. When an account ends, your data is handled as set out in the data deletion page.

If you break these terms

A company is responsible for losses we suffer because the company or the people it let in used the app against the law or against these terms.

App stores

If you got the phone app from Google Play, Google is not a party to these terms and has no duty to give support for the app.

If one part is not valid

If a court finds one part of these terms not valid, the other parts stay in force.

The whole agreement

These terms, the privacy notice, the data processing terms and the pages linked from them are the whole agreement between your company and us for the app. A signed order or contract for your company may add to them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. For a big change, we tell the administrator in the app or by email.
