This website only shows information. It has no sign-up form and no contact form. It does not ask for your name, phone number or email.

The Book a call button opens a separate booking page. What you type there is handled by that booking page and its own rules.

The podcast player loads from YouTube only when you press play.

The Crudo.si app

This notice explains what personal data the Crudo.si app handles, why, and your rights. The data controller for your company's business records is your company; we process them on its behalf (see the data processing terms). What we handle

• Your account: your name, email and role, from your company's Crudoimage account, to sign you in and apply your permissions.
• Conversations: what you and your teammates write in the app, and what the AI teammates reply, so the work can continue and be referred back to.
• Company memory: facts people in your company asked the team to remember, each stamped with who said it and when.
• Your personal notebook: notes you keep for yourself. They are encrypted on the server and only you can read them — not your company's administrators and not ours.
• Business records you ask the app to read or change in Crudoimage.
• Voice, photos and files: when you speak to the app, send a voice note, take a photo or attach a file, we use it only to do the work you asked for (for example to write your voice down, or to read a photographed paper or visiting card). It is sent over a secure connection to AI and speech services that do this work for us, and only for that.
• Billing: if your company buys AI money or a plan, we keep its company name, GST number, address, orders and payment references. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partners and are not stored by us.
• Phone alerts: if you allow notifications, a device token so we can tell you when work is done or someone is waiting for you.
• Technical logs: used to keep the service working. Keys, passwords and tokens are removed from logs automatically, and mobile numbers are masked.

What the phone app asks to use

• Microphone: only when you press the mic, to hear your voice.
• Camera and photos: only when you choose to send a picture.
• Notifications: only if you allow them.
• Internet: the app works with your company's live account, so it needs a connection.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• Identity numbers, bank and card numbers, passwords and keys are refused when anyone tries to save them to memory.

How long we keep it

Company memory and skills are kept for as long as your company uses the app and are never deleted by the app itself; every earlier version is kept so nothing is lost by mistake. Your company can export everything at any time. While a company uses the app, we keep its data. If a company stops using the app, we keep its data for 90 days so it can come back or take its export, and then delete it. If the company asks us to delete sooner, we do it within 30 days. Backups are kept for 35 days more and then are removed. Billing papers (GST invoices, receipts and credit notes) are kept for 8 years because tax law needs them.

Deleting your data

To delete your account or your data in the app, write to [email protected] from your work email, or ask your company's administrator. We will do it and tell you when it is done. Records your company keeps in its own Business Manager are the company's to keep or delete, and are not removed when one person leaves. The app is for working adults and is not made for children.

Where your data is

Our servers are hosted in India (Contabo). To do the work, we use AI and speech services, phone-alert services (Firebase) and payment partners (Razorpay, PayU). These services may process the data they are given outside India, only to do the work you asked for. We do not sell your data.

Security

Everything travels over secure connections. Every company's data is kept separate from every other's, and this is tested automatically before each release. The administrator account uses two-step sign-in; changes to the AI and its settings are recorded in a tamper-evident audit record; backups are encrypted and kept off the server.

Why we use your data

We use personal data only to run the app for your company: to sign you in, to do the work you ask, to keep a record of it, to bill your company and to keep the service safe. We use it with your consent or because your company asks us to, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows. We do not use it for anything else. You may take your consent back at any time (see below); then we stop, except where the law needs us to keep a record.

Data kept on your device

The app saves a sign-in cookie, app files and your recent chats on your device. We run no advertising and no third-party usage analytics. Read Saved data on your device.

Information our servers see by themselves

When you connect, our servers see your internet address, the kind of phone or browser and the time. We use this to keep the service working and safe, and keep it only in the technical logs described above.

Location

The app does not ask for your phone's location and does not follow where you are.

The AI teammates

Your messages and files are sent to AI services only to do the work you asked for. A person at your company decides what to ask. Read How the AI brain is used.

Children

The app is for working adults. It is not made for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

If something goes wrong with your data

If we find that personal data was lost, taken or seen by someone who should not see it, we tell the affected company without delay and within 72 hours, and we tell the authorities and the people affected where the law needs it.

Take back your consent

You can stop notifications at any time in your phone's settings. To take back your consent or to delete your data, follow Delete your account and data.

Changes to this notice

When we change this notice, we change the date at the top. For a big change, we tell the company's administrator in the app or by email.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data held about you, or to correct it, through your company's administrator or [email protected]. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, make a complaint, and name another person to act for you if you die or cannot act. Write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, write to our grievance officer, Argha Das, at [email protected].
